★ There are five grants available in the amount of $1,500 each
★ No partial amounts will be awarded
★ Organization must be a registered non-profit to receive grant
★ Please submit the application via mail or email
★ Deadline is 05/03/2024
★ All mailed applications must be postmarked by 05/03/2024
★ Please include the organization’s W-9 with the application
